It’s easy to hire from Frank Key Plant and Tool Hire, even if you’ve never hired before!
- Select equipment
- Pay deposit
- Arrange delivery or collection
- Use it and return it
For non-account customers, all we need is to see two forms of I.D. including Driving Licence or Passport, together with one recent household Utility bill showing your own name and address. You will then be asked to make a payment, including a deposit before hiring the equipment. Then use it as you wish, and return it by the agreed date. Easy!
Choose the correct equipment you wish to hire and select your nearest Frank Key Plant and Tool Hire branch using our easy to navigate website which will guide you through the process.
If you require any advice regarding the right equipment for the job, please call one of our local hire branches or alternatively our main hire office free phone number on 0800 344 344, where one of our highly trained staff will gladly help you make the right choice.
To avoid disappointment, either telephone, email or just call into your nearest branch to check availability and reserve the hire equipment for the duration required.
Select the Hire this today button and complete a couple of details to take advantage of our web exclusive hire rates. To receive this rate, please mention your voucher at the time of booking. If you do not have access to an email address don’t worry, speak to the branch staff and they will complete this voucher for you when you come into branch.
Please be aware the voucher does not guarantee availability – please call the relevant branch to reserve the equipment.
Payments & Deposits:
Simply pay for your hire equipment by Credit/Debit card or Cash, along with the applicable refundable deposit advised by the branch at the time of hiring and you’re almost ready to go.
We accept all major credit cards.
The deposit will be required subject to the duration of the hire and value of the equipment. The deposit is refunded when the equipment is returned, minus any applicable hire costs. Charges will automatically be made to credit cards if the hire continues over two weeks or if the continuing hire charge exceeds the deposit. Should you wish to hire the equipment for a longer period, a further deposit will be required.
We do not accept cheques as a form of deposit.
If you would like to hire equipment on a regular basis with up to 30 days’ credit, please refer to the “Request an Account” section of the web site for further details.
