For non-account customers, all we need is to see two forms of I.D. including Driving Licence or Passport, together with one recent household Utility bill showing your own name and address. You will then be asked to make a payment, including a deposit before hiring the equipment. Then use it as you wish, and return it by the agreed date. Easy!

If you do not have access to an email address don’t worry, speak to the branch staff and they will complete this voucher for you when you come into branch.
Please be aware the voucher does not guarantee availability – please call the relevant branch to reserve the equipment.
Payments & Deposits:
Simply pay for your hire equipment by Credit/Debit card or Cash, along with the applicable refundable deposit advised by the branch at the time of hiring and you’re almost ready to go.
We accept all major credit cards.
The deposit will be required subject to the duration of the hire and value of equipment. The deposit is refunded when the equipment is returned, minus any applicable hire costs. Charges will automatically be made to credit cards if the hire continues over two weeks or if the continuing hire charge exceeds the deposit. Should you wish to hire the equipment for a longer period, a further deposit will be required.
We do not accept cheques as a form of deposit.
