Following the announcement made by the Government on Saturday 31st October, we are pleased to confirm that the Frank Key Group will continue to operate during the English Lockdown, due to commence on Thursday 5th November.
The government has made it clear that Builders Merchants and Plant & Tool Hire businesses are an essential part of the economy and are therefore able to remain open during this period. We are also confident our supply chains will remain robust and we hope there will not be the shortages seen earlier this year. As you will appreciate, there may be times when our branches are short-staffed due to self-isolation requirements, but we will do our best to provide the efficient, first-class service you are used to.
The health, safety and well being of our staff, customers and suppliers is our number one priority and we have strict operating procedures to ensure our sites minimise the risks that the Covid-19 pandemic presents. Our sites offer a variety of methods of service, both via delivery and collections. Our preferred method of collect sales is prearranged, we offer both a website click & collect service and a call & collect service, which allows us to prepare your order before you arrive, minimising contact and your time waiting on site.
