Our pre-stressed textured Concrete Lintels are manufactured using lightweight aggregate concrete which has two main benefits, it makes them easier to handle compared to other lintels and also gives them greater resistance to heat transmittance. They are generally used for load bearing over window and door openings in brickwork but can also be used for bearing under steel as a pad stone or bridging across manhole openings.
